The port of Rotterdam is responsible for 20% of Dutch greenhouse gas emissions. As agreed during the Paris Agreement, The Netherlands will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 80-95 percent.

However, our society still needs petrol, diesel and kerosene. Many of the products we use today are still petroleum-based – paint, for example, or the high-grade polymers used in products like insulation materials.

Thats why we need to work together to make the industry cleaner. Small steps can be made by everybody in such a way to test new opportunities and really change the behaviour of me, you and your colleagues! Together we can make the difference.
