Tackling isolation
During the Covid-19 pandemic, people are all working from home. This has a direct impact on the social aspect of working in the office. People are only talking to each other work related and meetings are always about work, so the chit chat at the coffee machine is almost never present.
This can results in loneliness which has a negative effect on performance and mental health for this employee.
The challenge is to make the home office a worthy substitute for the office where people can easily connect with their colleagues and prevent the negative effects of working from home.
