The way we communicate throughout our private lives by using Social media like Facebook/Instagram and messenger services like Whatsapp hinders the internal communication platforms. This is why we see colleagues around Europe using their private social media platforms for work related matters.
We see that internal communications platforms are lacking UI and are not much relatable as their private counterparts.
The challenge is to make internal communications interesting, relatable, easy to use to make it a success
